Cancellations with refund are possible up until 30 July 2025. After this date registration fees can no longer be refunded.

The conference fee includes:

• Attendance to the conference with certificate of participation
• Five coffee breaks, a Welcome Drink and two lunches
• A conference bag and promotional material

*Please send copy of your student card.

During the registration process (which will open on 2 February 2025), you should upload confirmation of payment and provide details for the receipt (e.g., Full name / Name of Institution and Tax number). Registration can only be confirmed when you have provided the proof of payment.

Please add PayPal taxes which have been calculated in the following way:

• Portugal + EURO zone: 3,4% + 0,35€ transaction fee
